About Us

Our Mission

 At The Stronghold we believe no matter your current ability or skill that everyone is an athlete. Our supportive and inclusive environment allows athletes of all levels to learn and progress. As you pursue your athletic journey with us, we will take pride in celebrating your amazing victories together.

From beginner athletes learning new movements, right through to elite level achievements. No matter what level you are, we aim to push you, challenge you and encourage you. We do this as a community and as a family. The Stronghold coaching team’s passion is to educate, develop and encourage athletes to become the best versions of themselves and improve quality of life through an athletic journey. All within a safe, unjudgmental environment. The skills, lessons and confidence you will develop after embarking on your journey with us will be noticeable in all aspects of your life, even outside The Stronghold.

Progression does not end with the athletes. Each member of the coaching team is on their own personal journey to become better coaches. The pursuit of constant learning, education and team development allows all coaches and staff to deliver a professional quality of practice at all times. This passion passes into the class atmosphere, keeping your experiences with us fresh, stimulating and inspiring. As coaches, your progress is our progress. The Stronghold is more than just a place to train, it is a community, a family and place to comfortably be yourself around supporting and encouraging people.

What We Offer

We Offer 1-2-1 Private Coaching and small group training ,


our small group training sessions have an emphasis towards strength training while developing all round fitness.


Each of our coaches have a vast experience in both the Sports and fitness industry.


Our small group training plans cater for a variety of goals from people wanting to get shape for the first time to professional athletes wanting to squeeze that extra 1% from their performance all in a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a high end coach in a community driven environment.


If you are looking to build towards entering your first Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting or Fitness Racing competition, we've got you covered.

 We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
